The Prowler-class Escort Carrier's only role is to carry an entire TIE wing into battle, and
keep them serviced, fueled, and loaded at all times. The standard Imperial chute system allows
it to rapidly deploy fighters, and it features limited repair facilities as well. They are
lighty armed for defence only, normally hanging in the back of a fleet to launch fighters
and serve as returning supply points for the TIE fighters it carries. Two laser cannons can
be replaced with tractor beams if preferred. The ship's hull is very similar to Kuat's Super
Transport series, and was likely adopted from it, although dissimilar in size. A typical tactic
was to perform a series of mini-jumps within a system, while dropping off fighters at each point,
making it difficult for enemy rebels and pirates to predict incoming attack vectors.
