Speculative: The original Victory I-class Frigate was designed to act as an escort for Victory Mk I-Star
Destroyers. The Mk II model was in the same vein intended to be paired with Victory Mk II Star Destroyers,
but by the time, the newer Imperator Star Destroyer had taken over the main line role, and so the Vic 2 frigate
mostly came be escorts of ISDs. The Vic 2 frigate is surprisingly little known considering that it
participated in the blockade following the infamous Battle of Yavin. It had one main ion engine, two
secondary, and like its larger namesake stabilizer fins which improves atmospheric flying. It is mainly used
as an escort and screening vessel although it has an emphasize on heavy armament that would make it better
suited as a medium ship killer rather than for the anti-fighter role. It has a fair amount of laser defences
