The Watchman-class Surveillance Vessel is designed specifically for monitoring the NIF's sensor grids for external threats, assessing these threats, and communicating this information to the fleets, should action be required. It incorporates the latest in communications and sensor equipment. This vessel's purpose is to allow the ISIS far greater capability to analyze information coming in from Imperial sensor grids, thusly allowing for an improvement in the NIF Navy's reaction to an enemy threat.
